At Khan El Khalili Warehouse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our central warehouse facility.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
